I remember the days of working with Romana and figuring out what we could do on the Mat because there were not enough reformers for all of us. It was a special time! The purpose of the Reformer on the Mat is to learn how to incorporate the exercises normally practiced on the Reformer and practice these exercises within the framework of a Mat class. This class will challenge your control and concentration as it demands you to work as if you have the reformer and the springs to work with you. Think about your reformer order, come ready to sweat and meet me on the mat! This is going to be fun!
This is for clients that have at least intermediate level of Reformer Experience!
This will be a follow along class with me, there will be no independent corrections during this class. I will be cuing you each exercise as i would with a group of clients.
