Start with our small group classes (up to 6 people). Use this for reformer/mat/tower, or ballance classes. All levels are welcome. Great way to get your Pilates grove going with individual attention and the teacher will know your name.

3 Small Reformer/Tower/Mat Class $90 + Fees

More Pilates for you! Experience personal and group Pilates. Two private Pilates sessions tailored to your needs + 1 small group reformer/tower class, and + 1 mat class.

2 Private Sessions + 1 Group Class + 1 Mat Class $250 + Fees

The mat work is where it all started and is the foundation for everything. Start to understand the principles of Contrology (the Pilates method) and how we do it at Grasshopper Pilates NYC.
